Jordana and Spencer Levine

Two weeks have gone by since Zoe’s bat mitzvah, and I’m finally able to formulate coherent thoughts again, lol. I am a huge believer that when someone deserves praise, they should get it, and you ladies knocked everything out of the park for us.

When we were looking at venues for Zoe’s bat mitzvah two years ago, we knew we wanted something different and were incredibly excited to have “landed” at the Cradle of Aviation. We did not know anything about Phillip Stone Caterers, except that we had to use it as it was exclusive to the Cradle. We are a bit tricky to work with due to all of our family allergies and dietary restrictions, and that was never an issue when we spoke, you completely understood the severity and accommodated everything. To know that Liam and his nut allergy could eat anything at his sister’s bat mitzvah was such a gift. As we met several times to discuss the menu, you offered creative ideas and alternatives, and sometimes took a few parts of different items on the pre-printed menu options and made an entirely new cocktail station for us. Even after we settled on the menu and called you to completely change our main course, you never faltered, you guys worked together with the chef to find out how to make it work. Burgers and fries instead of filet minon and salmon? Really?? But yes, you figured out a way to make all of this elegant, giving the choices for the most elevated hamburger, veggie burger and chicken sandwich ever. AND THEN, you went above and beyond and found a “Z” brand to put on all the buns to add that finishing touch. Our guests were floored. To hear someone say to us, “This was EXACTLY what we wanted to eat!” let us know we made the right choice, and you executed it flawlessly. The way everything was plated, the different serving vessels you found to make all the delicious fries look fancy and the incredible array of dipping sauces placed on the tables made everyone’s nights. And then came the exit station…WOW. We wanted something a little different and you put your heads together and came up with the most fun and delicious carnival theme. It was the perfect end to the most perfect night!

Thank you guys for being the most wonderful people ever to work with. I had a lot of anxiety in planning the event because I am incredibly Type-A but felt completely comfortable relinquishing control to you both because you had been there for us every single step of the way. Whenever I needed something during the party, I turned around and one of you was there waiting to help. You made Zoe’s night a care free, DELICIOUS perfection for us, and we could not be more grateful to you.

Thank you again, from the bottom of our hearts!
